Holistic Swedish Massaging - originally developed by Henrik Ling, a Swede who came to Japan is search for a cure to his arthritis. He developed the massaging method known today as "Swedish Massage", based on a traditional Japanese technique. Swedish massage is designed to increase the circulation and blood flow, relax muscle and tissue, move stiff joints while gradually increasing the range of movement, dispose of waste accumulated within the body and transfer oxygen & fluids to the cells. Swedish massage sooths and relaxes the brain and nervous system, thereby regulating the operation of the body as a whole.

Aromatic Massaging - soothes muscles and joints, contributes to the regulation of blood flow and improved immunization. During massaging unique oils are absorbed into the blood flow, which apart from having a therapeutic effect also nourish the skin, thereby providing it with a vital, healthy, supple and refreshed complexion. This treatment is particularly suitable for people suffering from cramped, sore muscles, fatigue, headaches and migraines, back aches, sore neck, low blood pressure, stress and anxiety, feebleness, depression, chronic diseases and sore joints. It is a soothing, pampering treatment suitable for both adults and children.

Thai Massaging - originally developed in India 2500 years ago by a physician friend of Buddha, this massaging technique is based on the principles of Yoga. Thai massage combines yoga-style stretching, stimulation of the acupuncture points, classical massaging techniques, reflexology and healing. It works on the major meridians, or invisible lines of energy, which run throughout the human body. According to Thai massaging, there are 72 such lines in the body, while therapeutic techniques should focus on just 10. Thai massaging loosens blocks while allowing for recuperation and preservation of body energies, and is particularly suitable for the relief of sore muscles and back aches, headaches and migraines and digestive problems, as well as for the disposal of body toxicants, the dissolution of blood & lymph blocks and an overall balancing of the body.

Reflexology - this method is based on the principle that for each organ of the human body there is a corresponding zone in the feet, so that the application of pressure, or the proper treatment of the right spot on the foot should have a beneficial effect on its corresponding body part. The origins of this technique go back to ancient Egypt and India. In modern times it was pioneered by Dr. Fitzgerald, an American physician who employed a "zonal therapy" for the relief of pain in 1913. The application of pressure stimulates the flow of energy and the circulation of blood, and leads to improved functioning of bodily systems, such as blood, lymph, fluids and metabolism. Reflexology deals with diverse problems such as respiratory difficulties, depression, stress, chronic fatigue, sore joints, backaches, aching limbs etc.

Ayurveda - the science of life, an ancient holistic Indian therapeutic technique, whose roots date back over 6000 years. This method regards Man as a whole being, combining spirit and body. Its most common form of treatment is the gentle application of oils and oiling of the head. Full body oil massaging is followed by the application of oil to the forehead, the supposed location of the "third eye". The unique combination of treatments ensures deep relaxation and a spiritual relief. A research conducted in America proves that the brain waves measured during the application of oils to the forehead are characterized by a far more harmonious shape than waves typical of other cerebral zones.

Shiatsu - a therapeutic method which has its roots in early 20th Century Japan, based on an ancient Chinese technique. It includes the application of pressure to particular spots of the human body, for the purpose of alleviating pain. "Shiatsu" is a combination of the word "shi" - finger, and "atsu" - pressure. Massaging is carried out through equal distribution of pressure along the meridians (lines of energy), and through the use of hands, knees and legs. Shiatsu deals with the excessive distribution of energy by maintaining motion, applying quick pressure pulses and "refilling" energy reserves. It is a long, deep treatment which affects most bodily organs - legs and feet, arms and hands, back and shoulders, abdomen, chest and neck, face and head.

Tui Na - traditional Chinese physiotherapy, based on Chinese medical principles as well as on dynamic, energetic touch, and marked by focused massaging of the entire body. It is a combination of the words TUI - pull, and NA - catch. Tui Na deals mostly with acute orthopedic problems such as back aches, sore neck & shoulders, arthritis, tendonitis etc. It combines massaging techniques (including deep tissue massaging, Chinese occupant therapy and more) with the use of accessories such as cupping glasses for a natural healing of the body. Tui Na is used for treatment of chronic musculoskeletal conditions as well as non- musculoskeletal conditions such as headaches, menstrual pain, constipation etc.

Massaging with hot stones - has its roots in Indian tradition, and particularly in the habit of Indian women to greet their returning husbands with hot stone & hot water massage. This technique harmoniously combines the application of hot stones and therapist touch, and uses warm, raw basalt stones, which are full of natural minerals. The natural heat of the stones opens the pores of the skin, allowing minerals to infiltrate into the body for the stimulation of a regulated flow of blood and energy. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat of the stones alleviates physical pain and blocks.
