Spa Cafe, our in-house restaurant
The "Breeze" on-site coffee shop & dairy restaurant welcomes you every morning to a rich, varied, indulging breakfast. It is located in a bright, illuminated, spacious structure, and its uniquely pleasant interior design allows guests to conduct intimate, quiet conversations.
The restaurant offers a selection of fresh, home-baked breads: wheat flour rolls, onion rolls and the "Breeze Bread" - the house specialty - a wheat flower loaf containing malt beer, nuts, onion and sesame.
Spa Caf? serves a selection of salads, including lettuce & cheese salad, cherry tomato salad, Israeli vegetable salad, etc., original Golan Heights olives and an assortment of cheese (from 5% to 30% fat): sesame cheese, chive cheese, labaneh, garlic & dill cheese, olive cheese, fetta cheese and a selection of salted cheese. Naturally, coffee, tea and cocoa are freely served, as well as a variety of cereals.
We have arrived at "Village Breeze" one springtime weekend, to be indulged with Jahnun (a traditional Yemenite dish), brown hard boiled eggs, baked sweet potatoes and fried egg plants served with goat cheese.
For dessert, "Spa Cafe" offers you a choice of apple strudel, cocoa-nut cake, nut pastry with fruits, cheese & jam cake and delicious chocolate cookies which you just can't stop eating…the "Spa Caf?" staff is highly service-aware, and is particularly attentive to the needs and requests of guests.
During the afternoon & evening "Spa Cafe" functions as a dairy restaurant, offering a variety of salads, soups, quiches and unique dishes including baked potatoes served with an assortment of cheese, as well as the "Breeze special" - crusted sweet potatoes and dried tomatoes served with rosemary sauce.
